BA(Dun) LLB(Dun) Garth Lucas practices law in Dunedin, New Zealand. He holds BA and LLB degrees from the University of Otago, and has special interests in commercial property and leasing, trusts and estate planning, company promotion, long term commercial transactions, computer contracts, leases and franchises. He has served as President of the Otago District Law Society and member of the New Zealand Law Society Board, and Chairman of the J.R. McKenzie Youth Education Fund (Otago, Southland).
